Discover the art of iaido, the Japanese martial art of swordsmanship developed by the mighty samurai warriors. Iaido focuses on precision, discipline, and the mastery of drawing and cutting with the Japanese sword. Today, iaido is practiced both as an art form and for its mind-body coordination benefits. Our style of iai is Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu Iaijutsu, often referred to simply as MJER or Eishin Ryu, and includes kenjutsu/kumitachi paired forms.
